New Additions Keeping Pace with Houston Springs Growth

Houston Springs, mid-Georgia’s premier lifestyle community, has been moving forward on many of its focal points to parallel its continuing growth, according to Matt Marshall, president of Woodland Property Partners, Inc., community developer.

Recent advances include:
  • A&D funding was secured between Woodland Property Partners together with the CB&T Bank of Middle Georgia and Columbus Bank and Trust Company.
  • The Houston Springs Golf Club’s remaining six holes of its 18-hole golf course are being completed and will open for play in late summer 2010 while the existing 12 holes of the golf course continue to be enjoyed by residents.
  • New community signage at Hwy. 341 and Airport Road and at Airport Road and 55 Drive are distinguished by stone columns that flank signage panels, mirroring the character of the community.
  • Additional walking trail along Airport Road have been completed and complemented with new landscaping and lighting.
