Neil O’Brien III announced Bob Epstein has joined Houston Springs as the Marketing Director. Bob has served as a marketer and manager with Holiday Retirement. O’Brien stated, “Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the senior living industry to our community”. Bob is delighted to become a part of the HS team and his vision is to stimulate growth in different mediums which will drive new construction and home sales. Emphasis will be placed on the commercial village, Town Square, as Woodland Properties moves forward with plans that will benefit Houston County. The remaining 6 holes of the golf course should be completed in the near future and at that time; Houston Springs will officially become an 18 hole golf course. Bob says “the completion will bring avid golfers to our area as they can live and play, everyday”! Bob and his wife, Nancy, live in HS where Nancy is a realtor in the Sales Office.
